Italiano Salad: A medley of field greens tossed with cucumbers, roma tomatoes, kalamato olives, red onions, julienne pepperoni, salami, and cappacolo in a white balsamic vinaigrette, garnished with feta cheese and basil $12

Pollo Salad: A medley of field greens tossed with cucumbers, roma tomatoes, kalamato olives, red onions, and oven roasted chicken in a pomegranate & blueberry vinaigrette, garnished with gorgonzola cheese & lemon zest $12

Ahi Tuna Burger:  Sashimi grade tuna, pan seared the apple-wood planked and roasted in our
                                wood-fired oven.  Served with pepper jack cheese and our stone ground
